Logiform Acquires Assets of UK-Based Design Agency Inbuco

In recent weeks, Logiform, a subsidiary of Nowbound, has completed the acquisition of key assets from Inbuco LP, a UK-based design agency known for its distinctive design capabilities and Web3 creative work.

As part of the acquisition, Logiform has assumed ownership of Inbuco’s client contracts, key intellectual property, the inbuco.co domain, and additional operational assets. Going forward, Logiform will operate under the Inbuco brand, unifying both teams under a single name and creative vision.

The expanded design services team now includes 15+ specialists, with a strengthened focus on serving both Web2 and Web3 clients through top-tier design, branding, and user experience work.

Serhii Koval will lead the company as CEO, and Maria Osadcha will take on the role of Head of Design, bringing strong creative leadership and continuity to the newly structured team.

This marks a major step forward for Logiform-Inbuco and the Nowbound group as we continue to build world-class design capabilities that meet the evolving needs of modern digital brands.
