Designing an SRM for Moru meant addressing the distinct needs of administrators, medical staff, and accountants—each requiring tailored tools, seamless communication, and access to essential documentation, all without overwhelming the user experience.

Solution

We delivered a streamlined CRM with custom dashboards, scheduling tools, messaging, and 1C integration.

Our solution included role-based dashboards, easy sign-in via phone or Apple ID, a built-in calendar and chat for internal coordination, and deep integration with 1C for smooth documentation handling—all within a clean, intuitive interface.

The redesign made the communication process 28% faster and increased the speed of patient service. It also reduced bureaucracy and improved the tracking of real analytics thanks to built-in reports.
